Nitu Joshi is a Business and Social Entrepreneur with more than 25 years of business, entertainment, socio-cultural entrepreneurship experience.

 She began her career with her first enterprise in 1998 with her first ventures viz. Aayush Telefilms and Vedansh Entertainment; companies which she established with the vision of providing clean, wholesome and family based entertainment software across broadcast media principally in Television and Film media.

Through her many production ventures, she has produced a multitude of entertainment program content such as TV serials, Telefilms, Music Based Programs, Talk Shows, Game Shows etc. in Marathi, Gujarati and Hindi, which have been broadcast in leading national broadcaster channels such as Zee TV, ETV (Eenadu Television Network), CVO and Sahara TV amounting to nearly 40,000 minutes of broadcast time.

She has donned many hats as Managing Director, Executive Producer and Chief Creative Officer of her various entities. Nitu Joshi is credited with several successes which, include the blockbuster film “Vaastav” starring Sanjay Dutt, Namrata Shirodkar, Mohan Joshi, Paresh Rawal, etc and “Yaksh” starring Nitesh  Bharatwaj , Uday Bhanu,  Sheetal Shah, Dilip Prabhawalkar and others.

She has experience of more than 2 decades in film, media and entertainment production. She has been a leading fashion and jewellery designer for leading film, television and social celebrities, personalities, ad films and costume drama projects. She has worked in the areas of fashion, costume and fashion/ contemporary jewellery design with celebrities of ilk of famous choreographer Geeta Kapur, leading film superstar Sanjay Dutt, Namrata Shirodkar nee Mahesh Babu, Jackie Shroff, Bhagyashree and many others.

As a business leader, Nitu Joshi has worked extensively for various social, environmental issues and causes as well as in the area of socio-cultural content. In 2022, she founded the MIAM Charitable Trust as her social entrepreneurship project. She has personally undertaken causes such as supporting parent-less children, reforestation, animal well-being and welfare, water conservation, revival of libraries and student welfare among various other human and environmental causes.
